This paper explores a possible solution that aims to alleviate the unequal access education. Face-to-face learning has been norm for long time and is incumbent system. However, pandemic was turning point. discusses how this change in world’s landscape can lead strengthening of niche system – namely, hybrid learning. By continuing offer education post-pandemic world, average number students from lower socio-economic classes will increase. first looks into systems map exploring in-flows out-flows at university. Then, traps are mentioned, where problem with becomes clear. A S.M.A.R.T. goal thus formulated, followed by an explanation achieve this. The appendix offers two figures add lot crucial information paper.
